Christina Aguilera may have cleaned up her image for her new album, but she isn’t beyond slinging verbal mud at another pop princess.
In this week’s Entertainment Weekly, the platinum songstress with the power pipes took a not-so-subtle jab at Britney Spears and hubby Kevin Federline when discussing her own husband Jordan Bratman.
“Jordy is a rock,” Aguilera tells the magazine. “It is hard to find a man in this world that can take a woman in the spotlight. … He’s not trying to be in the spotlight. He’s not trying to put out an album.”
