… strolling up Michigan Avenue or visiting one of our museums, hearing so many foreign languages being spoken, knowing that Chicago has become a hot destination for international travelers. We know it’s a great city, and now the word is out.

I HATE …
… the elevators at Water Tower [Place]! They have got to be the slowest in the city. I would love to take the escalator but often have my daughter with me in a stroller. Those elevators have robbed me of hours of my life. … I’d like them back, thank you.
