Viola V. Mathews, 92, formerly of Chicago, died peacefully June 19, in her sleep in St. Petersburg, FL. She was the beloved wife of the late Rudolph A.; loving mother of Donald E. Mathews of Seattle, WA and the late Rudolph F. (Roberta) Mathews of Hanover Park, IL; devoted grandmother of Nicholas and Jennifer; dear aunt and friend of many. Viola was the strong support to her extended family and enjoyed taking great interested in their many adventures. May her spirit and devotion carry on in all of us as we will miss her everyday.
