Donald E. Homerding, age 72, of Frankfort, passed away July 3, 2006. He was the owner of Don’s Trucking in Orland Park since 1961. Donald is survived by his loving family; his wife Sharon Roche, nee Sloan; two sons, Edward “Buzz” (Nancy) Homerding and John A. (Clydine Maddox) Homerding; three step-sons Patrick and Joe Beasley and Peter (Christine) Roche. He was preceded in death by his first wife Patricia Homerding; two brothers, Owen and Robert Homerding and two sisters, Sis Oswald and Marge Manske. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way (corner of La Grange Road, south of Lincoln Hwy.), Frankfort, IL 60423, Friday, July 7, 2006, from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral services on Saturday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Francis of Assisi Church in Orland Park for Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery, Orland Park.
