– One week after the controversial “Trapped in the Closet” episode of “South Park” garnered an Emmy nomination, and nearly four months after it was abruptly pulled from rotation on the cable channel, Comedy Central has acquiesced and will allow the Scientology-skewering episode back on the air. Comedy Central plans to air the episode July 19. It was last scheduled to rerun in March.

– Supermodel Christie Brinkley and her fourth husband, Peter Cooke, have separated, her publicist said Tuesday. Cooke and Brinkley married in 1996 and have a daughter.

– Prince’s fan Web site has been shut down, but an attorney for the musician says it’s not related to a trademark lawsuit against the site, NPGMusicClub.com. HM Publishing Holdings, a book company in England, filed the lawsuit based on its NPG, a science-book subsidiary called the Nature Publishing Group. Prince’s attorney said Prince already has approval of the name from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

– Sally Field is signing on for a weekly TV series. Field has joined the cast of “Brothers & Sisters,” a drama set to air this fall, ABC announced Tuesday. Field will play the mother of five adult siblings, the network said. The series also stars Calista Flockhart, Rachel Griffiths and Patricia Wettig.
