Eileen Beth Ferguson, nee Hickey, age 55, of Hawthorn Woods. Beloved wife of Larry; beloved mother of Julie (fiance David Herlocker), Michael; dear daughter of Dorothy and the late William Hickey; sister of Mary (Frank) Rullo, Jim Hickey; aunt and Godmother to Megan Rullo and Godmother to Kelly Foreman. Eileen put her family, especially her children, before anything in the world. She enjoyed scrapbooking and spending time with friends and family and was a former second grade teacher for District 15. Eileen died on July 14, after a battle with a rare form of cancer called leiomyosarcoma. Visitation at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047-2577, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. In state at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL, from 11:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 12:30 p.m. Monday, July 17. Interment All Saints Cemetery, DesPlaines, IL.
