Linda Miceli, 42, died peacefully July 11, 2006. First as an elementary school teacher, then as a teacher of teachers, Linda poured her heart into helping her students learn. She continued her work long after breast cancer made each day an ordeal. In her short life, she touched many lives through her devotion to her work, her selfless giving to others and her joyous and contagious laughter. She is the daughter of Ginger Cantu and the late Frederic L. Miceli, and is also survived by her husband, Christopher Luczai; her brother and sister-in-law John Paul and Susan Miceli; and niece and nephew Alex and Daniel Miceli. Services at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, 22W415 Butterfield Rd, Glen Ellyn, Saturday, July 22, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Avon Breast Cancer Crusade.
