Marie Cleary, nee Singler, age 70, a four year resident of Crest Hill, IL, formerly of Barrington, IL and Winter Park, FL, died Friday, July 14, 2006 at her home. She was born July 30, 1935 in New York City, NY. Marie is survived by four children, Jinny (Fred) Tremmel, Steve Cleary, Lee (James) Hicks and Kathy (Doug) Olsen; nine grandchildren; four siblings, Carl (Flo) Singler, Jim (Nancy) Singler, Joe (Janet) Singler and Judy (Andrew) Johnson and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Neil Cleary, her parents, Carl and Theresa Singler and a granddaughter, Maria Tremmel. Memorial visitation Thursday, July 20, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Overman-Jones Funeral Home, 309 S. Joliet Rd., Plainfield. Services will begin Thursday, 1 p.m. from the funeral home and will proceed to a 1:30 p.m. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Immaculate Church, 15629 S. Route 59, Plainfield.
