Derek Kyle Jensen, 20, of Streamwood, beloved son of Richard and Maryann Jensen, nee Telma; loving brother of Lauren Jensen; dear grandson of Joan Jensen and Joseph Klodner; beloved nephew of Robert Telma and Ardith Wood; dear cousin of Paul (Jennifer) Ezop, Ken (Jennifer) Ezop, B.J. Telma and Crisi Telma. Derek was a Junior at Northern Illinois University, majoring in English. He was the president of the NIU Footbag team.
