Stephen B. White, 69, died July 19, 2006 in his home in Chicago. Mr. White was born March 24, 1937, the son of Edwin and Susan White. Steve served as a Naval Officer from 1960-1963. Following his naval service, he went to work at the Northern Trust Bank for 25 years until he retired as a Senior Vice President. He was devoted to his family and friends, and his love of travel took him to Europe, South America and Australia. He is survived by his sister, Joan (William) Trukenbrod; his former wife, Katherine Nickolcy; his three daughters, Megan (Eric) Heiman, Nancy (David) Curry and Katy (Tom) Gajewicz; his grandchildren, Campbell Curry, David Curry III and Kaitlin Gajewicz. visitation will be held on Sunday, July 23 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Kelley and Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Rd., Highland Park, IL.
