James Jay “Jim” Johnson, of Naperville, age 59, peacefully passed Thursday, July 20, 2006, at Edward Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born Aug. 19, 1946, in Chicago. Loving son of the late Arthur Johnson, Phyllis and Stanley Drzymala; devoted husband of Juliette Johnson, nee Baldi; beloved father of James J. (Charisse) Johnson of Cicero, IN, and Sarah N. (fiance Eric) Johnson of Naperville, IL; loving grandfather of Joshua J. Johnson; beloved brother of William (Madeleine) Johnson of Batavia, IL, Susan (Anthony) Vaisnoras of Naples, FL, Maryann (Gary) Conover of Cannon City, CO, Michael (Arlene) Drzymala of Levittown, PA; loving uncle of many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Jim was a Veteran of the Navy and served during the Vietnam War. Jim owned and operated Oakwood Builders, Inc., of Naperville. He was an avid boater and outdoor enthusiast. Jim was a friend to all.
