Frank Klopas, one of Chicago’s best-known soccer figures, will be replaced as coach of the Major Indoor Soccer League’s Chicago Storm, the team said Monday. Klopas, 40, had a 32-37 record in the Storm’s two seasons. The former Mather High School star had played for the Sting of the North American Soccer League and the Fire.
