Donna Mae Struck, 70, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Chicago, died July 22, 2006. She was a retired medical transcriptionist and served in the US Army Medical Corps. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Tricia of Foothill Ranch, CA; a brother, David Swanson of Rohnert Park, CA; a son, Glenn of Tucson; and grandchildren, Matthew, Meaghan, Stephen and Joshua. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Arrangements by Evergreen Mortuary & Cemetery.
