Chicago: Calm with thick haze–even areas of fog as the day opens. Then muggy, quite warm. Mixed sun emerges. Puffy cumulus build into isolated t-storms covering up to 20% of the area at a time this afternoon/evening. Light onshore (easterly) breezes lower shoreline highs a few degrees. Pt. cloudy, hazy, muggy at night.
