Lance Bass’ former band mates are rallying around the ‘N Sync star who just announced he’s gay.
Fellow boy-banders Justin Timberlake and Joey Fatone both told People magazine’s Web site that they support Bass and remain close with him.
“He took years to really think about how he was going to tell everyone,” Fatone told People. “I back him up 100 percent.”
Timberlake echoed the sentiment in a statement released through his rep: “I support him and wish him all the happiness in the world.”
As Dionne Warwick points out: That’s what friends are for.
