Robert Peters (a.k.a. Richard Stanley Piotrowski), 85, of Cleveland and formerly of Chicago, beloved son of the late Illinois State Senator John Piotrowski and Mary, nee Szymczak Piotrowski; loving brother of the late Edward Rogers, the late Walter Rogers and the late John Piotrowski; dear uncle of Michael (Melissa) Rogers of Lisle, IL, Kathy (Ken) Cerney of Blue River, WI, Marilyn (Charles) Buesser of Clarkdale, AZ, the late John Piotrowski of Orchard Park, NY, and the late Peggy Johnson of Chicago; and great-uncle of many. Bob was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII and will be remembered for his artistic and musical talents, having participated in New York theater and television. Bob was a dancer in New York City and Atlantic City in the production of “On The Town” and was a Window Dresser in Cleveland and Columbus for Bond and Lane Bryant Stores. He was active until recently in local community parks improvement. Mr. Peters passed away Monday, July 3, 2006 in Cleveland. No visitation or funeral service scheduled. Cremation by Busch Crematory.
