What’s in store for Wednesday?
The other day, my supervisor asked me how my lunch break was. “Great! I went to the grocery store–I love being in the grocery store.” She looked at me kind of blankly and said, “You’re weird.” I went on to explain that the grocery store was a wonderful place because it holds so much opportunity to create. “All that food! The potential is endless,” I cooed.
Having become a devoted fan of Good Eating, my grocery store visits are now even more inspired.
After years of recycling the same old recipes, adding a new one here and there, Good Eating has elevated my need to cook! I love the variety in featured cuisine for the chance to try something new.
My family and friends often ask, “What are you making this week?” I so look forward to Wednesdays. Thanks!

Linguine lover
Wow! What a delicious dinner (Linguine with veal, capers and tomatoes, Dinner Tonight!, July 26) and easy to make too! I made only a half recipe for the two of us and there wasn’t a bite left. We had it with a spinach salad, toasted garlic bread and Chianti. I’d make this for a dinner party in a minute.
I’m going to be trying it with the pork too. I wonder how chicken would be?
