Focus on hospital technology
Educators, health-care practitioners and business, government, technology and community leaders will participate in the 2006 Hospital of the Future conference on Thursday and Friday.
The theme of the fifth international conference is “Technology in Health Care in the 21st Century: Trends, Advances, Management and Challenges–What We Know and What We Need to Study.”
Attendees include: Dr. Terry Mason, commissioner of the Department of Public Health, City of Chicago; Dr. William Yasnoff, founder of National Health Information Infrastructure Advisors; C. Peter Waegermann, CEO of Medical Records Institute; and Larry Volkmar, president and CEO of Mt. Sinai Hospital and Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital.
The conference is hosted by Stuart Graduate School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology, 565 W. Adams St.
