Chicago: Muggy. Widespread haze and cloudiness. The day’s 70(degrees) dew points foster areas of fog along Lake Michigan. Though a majority of hours remain rain-free, scattered thunderstorms can’t be ruled out early, then again in spots this afternoon/early tonight.
