Chicago: Overnight cloudiness thins by mid-morning. At times during the afternoon fair-weather cumulus clouds could cover half the sky, but still allow considerable sunshine. Winds 8 to 18 m.p.h. out of the north to northeast will hold temperatures in the upper 70s along the lakefront.
