Sam Keller, who was named Arizona State’s starting quarterback Friday, was not at practice Sunday night and has left the team, a source close to the situation told ESPN. The East Valley Tribune had reported Sunday that several players asked for a meeting with coach Dirk Koetter in which they said that Rudy Carpenter should have been named the starter.
