Sylvia Puhalak, nee Tatar, 86, 13 year resident of Elgin, formerly of Dolton, IL for 35 years, passed away Sept. 10, 2006 at Manor Care Nursing Home in Elgin. Beloved wife for 48 years to Joseph; stepmother of Mary (Len) Mauschbaugh; grandmother of Roxanne (Michael) Semersky and great-grandmother of Zoe Lee and Sophia Grace.
