It’s that time of year when talking points kick in. And the Democratic Party has plenty of them in a memorandum distributed today.
The memo from Democratic National Committee communications director Karen Finney – attempting to debunk, among other things, “the mythical Bush bounce” heading into congressional elections this fall – attempts to “separate fact from fiction.” The GOP, of course, will be circulating its own memos, and we’ll be happy to pass them along.
