Henry K. “Hank” Schmack, formerly of Berwyn, died September 29. Loving husband of the late Pauline, nee Morgan; dear father of Richard (Jackie) Schmack; fond grandfather of Eric and Benjamin; special brother-in-law of David (Wanda) Morgan, Barbara (Arthur) Rauch and June Bangert; and many nieces and nephews. His graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 5, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Forest Park. Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Butala Funeral Home, in Sycamore, with a time for sharing memories at 7 p.m. Memorials can be made to Unity Hospice, Alzheimers Association or Telecom Pioneers Fund, in care of the Butala Funeral Home, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL 60178.
