Cincinnati, O., Oct. 4.Presdietn Hermann, on behalf of the national commission, today announced the following additional rules to govern the world championship series:
Rule 16the authority of the umpires in these contest will be supreme and the umpires are authorized to eject from the game all players indulging in vile and indecent language and unfair tactics. Before the distribution of the prize money belonging to the players the commission will take cognizance of all reports by its umpires and inflicts such penalties as it sees fit against offending players, and the penalties so inflicted shall be taken from the prize money belonging to such players.

The entire commission and its secretary will be represented. The business representatives of the commission will be John Heydler and Robert B. McRoy. The headquarters of the commission will be at the Auditorium Annex, Chicago. The official scorers selected by the commission are A. J. Flanner of the Sporting news and Frank C. Richter of the Sporting Life.
The national commission, together with the club owners and magnates and players of the contesting clubs, as well as the umpires and official scorers, will meet at the Auditorium Annex hotel, Chicago, on Monday, Oct. 8, at 11 a. m.
In order that the club officials of the two leagues and the special guests of the commission may be properly provided for fifty tickets will be delivered each day to the commission for this purpose.
Rain checks shall be issued each day regardless of the weather conditions. Should a game be postponed on account of weather the checks issued shall be good for the next game in the city.
The official ball of the National league will be used in all games on National league grounds, and the official ball of the American league in all games on American league grounds.
