Anna Nicole Smith’s personal life is turning into an episode of Maury Povich’s talk show.
Larry Birkhead, the photographer who claims to be the father of Smith’s newborn daughter, brought the baby-daddy drama to new heights by filing a lawsuit demanding Smith and her baby girl return to California for paternity testing, his lawyer said Tuesday.
Howard K. Stern, an attorney for Smith, claims he is the father of the baby girl, Dannie Lynn Hope. Birkhead filed the challenge because Smith has not responded to his attempts to communicate, Birkhead’s attorney, Debra Opri, told The Associated Press.
