– Jamie Lee Curtis said she has closed the book on her acting career. “I’m not an actor anymore,” she told “Access Hollywood” host Nancy O’Dell. “I really don’t imagine I’ll do that again.” Curtis, 46, went on to say, “I’m just focused on my family and just can’t imagine anything that’s going to pull me away from them right now.” Curtis last appeared in the 2005 film “The Kid & I.” She is married to actor and filmmaker Christopher Guest; they have two children.
– Rapper Jadakiss was arrested in New York state for alleged weapon possession after a traffic stop early Saturday, his second arrest on gun charges since 2004, authorities said. Jadakiss was one of four people inside the car, Yonkers police said. All four were charged with criminal possession of a weapon because a loaded handgun was found inside the vehicle, police said. In July 2004, Jadakiss was arrested on marijuana and gun possession charges in North Carolina.
– The band Babyshambles has postponed the remainder of its British tour to give frontman Pete Doherty more time to undergo drug rehabilitation treatment, his record company said Saturday. The announcement canceled concerts in Glasgow, Nottingham, Manchester and Newcastle.
