William Perkins, age 90, of Palm Harbor, FL, formerly of Chicago and born in Four Dyce, AR. A WWII Veteran and owner of Vogue Cleaners at 75th & Everhart for over 30 years, he moved to Chicago in 1945 and is predeceased by loving wife of 57 years, Lucille, nee Gibson; survived by son, Richard (Grace) Perkins; and four grandchildren.
