Pia Unti, nee Nutini, born in Camigliano, Italy, on January 25, 1909 and arrived in McHenry, IL in 1931 with her beloved husband, the late Agostino Sr., now reunited and at peace on Oct. 4, 2006. Survived by her children, Mary Theis of McHenry, Eva (Thomas) Mooberry of Columbia, Missouri and Agostino Unti Jr. of River Forest, IL who will always be indebted to the Lord for blessing us with this outstanding, loving mother with all her incredibly beautiful attributes which made our lives and those she touched all the more richer. Fond grandmother of Andrea (Joseph) Price, John (Marsha) Thies, Gerald (Tammie) Theis and Katherine (Clayton) Patzke, Thomas, Mark, Christopher and Kelly Mooberry; great-grandmother of Joni and Brian Mooberry, Lena Ann Price, Paige Thies, Brittany and Elyse Rogers. Youngest of eight children, she was preceded in death by her father Sebastian; mother, Eliza; five brothers, Giulio, Gino, Enrico, Dino and Pio; two sisters, Celide and Carlottina. Visitation Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, 4 to 8 p.m., Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Dr., McHenry. Prayers will be said at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10 at the funeral home, going to St. Patrick’s Church, 3500 W. Washington St. for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment St. Patrick’s Churchyard Cemetery.
