Maryellen V. Smith, passed away on Oct. 12, 2006, in Milwaukee, WI after an extended illness. Mrs. Smith was born in Oak Park IL, Dec. 13, 1931. She was preceded in death by her husband Hawley L. Smith, Jr. She is survived by her children, Caroline (Gerald) Hagman; and her grandchildren Eliza and Gerald Hagman III; daughter Margaret (David) Treadway; son Hawley (Crystal) Smith III; and grandchildren Vanessa Smith, Christian Paulton and Katrina Smith. She is also survived by her faithful companion, her dog Lily. A memorial service will be held at Christ Church, Winnetka, IL on Oct. 18, 2006, at 1 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made to The Wisconsin Donor Network, 9200 Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53226.
