Jack Barton Witt, 86, of Pinellas Park, died Oct. 7, 2006 at home. Beloved husband of Eva G. and the late Marilyn C.; devoted father of Sheryl Witt; stepdaughter, Vicki Bazata(Jerry); and grandsons, David and Aaron Bazata. He was a member of the VFW and a past president of Open Hearts for Retarded Children, a WWII Army Air Force veteran and member of the Officers Club at MacDill Air Force Base. Graveside services Tuesday, 11 a.m. at Memorial Park, 9900 Gross Point Rd., Skokie.
