Richard C. Hardt, born Dec. 3, 1932, eldest son of the late Carl and Meta Hardt; beloved husband of Arlene, nee Fellermeier; loving father of April (Michael) Collins, Scott (Lori) and Marc Hardt; dear grandfather of Aubre, Declan, Josh, Jake and Kristy; great-grandfather of Ethan; fond brother of C. William (Madaline), David A. (Christine), Margaret (Roy) Krueger, Dorothy (Ben) Blanchard, Marilynn (Ronald) Berkey and Carolynn (Lee) Joesten; uncle to many nieces and nephews. Richard was President of C & H Electric Co., member of the executive board of Electrical Contractors Association of Chicago and Cook County and a member of the Young Presidents Organization. Memorial Service Saturday, Oct. 21, 2006, at St. Philip Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2500 W. Bryn Mawr, Chicago.
