What joy it is for the Chicago people to have a lot to smile about, talk over and just plain be proud of–the Bears.
It is wonderful to see people smiling and talking with pride on their faces, especially with all the bad things going on in the world, from corruption and murders to war.
It is a breath of fresh air for all of us.
Chicagoans have something fun and wonderful to focus on.
I am a season ticket holder and have been for a long time, and each year I have said that we had a good chance to go to the Super Bowl.
Possibly this year might be the year.
Thank you, Chicago Bears, for taking us away from reality.
