Timothy L. Tilton, age 83, of Columbus, OH, formerly of Evanston, IL, on Sept. 3, 2006. Survived by wife, Joye Tilton and daughters, Claudia Cook, Ellen Hansen and Martha Foster. Tim was a patent attorney with Tilton, Fallon, Lungmus, and Chestnut in Chicago for many years. He also enjoyed teaching patent law at Northwestern Law School, playing tennis, traveling, gardening, and growing Illinois prairie wildflowers at their home in Galena, IL.
