Chicago: A wet chilling start to the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon gradually gets worse as northwest winds strengthen while temps and wind chills fall this morning. Rain diminishes, but as it turns colder, fine raindrops will mix with wet snow, probably changing to all wet snow showers by late morning.
