Chicago: Unseasonably cold weather continues. Northwest winds gust over 20 m.p.h., and with temps in the 30s, it will result in a wind chill level in the upper 20s or lower 30s. Periodic sunshine, but mainly cloudy with a good chance of occasional snow flurries.
