Chicago: A good deal of cloudiness, though some brief sun possible. Periods of rain develop, but the heaviest, rainfall, stays south of the Chicago area. Afternoon highs nearly 10(degrees) below typical late October norms. Cloudy and sprinkly Thursday night with some light rain–especially south.
