Joanne Roberta Brownlee, nee Lett, 75, of Larkspur, CO, died Oct. 13, 2006 in LoneTree, CO. Born Sept.12, 1931 in Chicago, IL, Joanne grew up in Chicago, IL, attending Sacred Heart High School and DePaul University. She married Donald H. Brownlee on July 11, 1998 in Cincinnati, OH. Joanne had a lengthy career with American Laundry Machinery Inc., retiring in 1995. She is survived by her loving husband; four stepchildren, Donald (Joan) Brownlee of Montclair, VA, Amie (Bill) Garehime, Englewood, CO, Rev. Annette Brownlee (Rev. Ephraim Radner) of Pueblo, CO, and James (Karen) Brownlee, Northbrook, Ill., 11 stepgrandchildren, and her two sisters; Carol Lett of Carpentersville, IL, and Gloria (Jerry) Lopotowski of Rockford, IL. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2006 at St. Peters Catholic Church in Monument, CO, with visitation immediately prior to the service. Inurnment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Castle Rock Senior Center, 2323 N. Woodlands Blvd., Castle Rock, CO 80104.
