Peel, 52, of Libertyville, beloved wife of Bill; loving mother of Kelly Peel: dear sister of John and Paul Tully; devoted daughter of the late John and Eleanor Tully. 1972 graduate of Maine South HS and also a graduate of U of IL. Kay had been one of the Divisional Vice Presidents of Global Pharmaceutical Operations at Abbott Laboratories, former United Way volunteer and past president of the Private Industry Council of Lake County.
