In response to “Holiday wording” (Voice of the people, Nov. 22), the letter to the editor by J. Petzel, I would like to say that, yes I do still send CHRISTmas cards.
And I put up a CHRISTmas tree and CHRISTmas lights.
I give CHRISTmas presents.
I go to CHRISTmas concerts.
All of these things point to Dec. 25, the date that the publishers of my calendar still refer to as CHRISTmas.
