Francis Slugocki, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away Nov. 24, 2006, Francis is survived by his sons, Mark (Terie) and Jim; and sister, Annie Boyar; grandchildren, Steven, Michael, Brian, Katie, Tim, Andy and Sarah.
