He may be a comedian, but Tracy Morgan’s latest move is no laughing matter.
The “30 Rock” star was arrested Tuesday in New York City on drunken driving charges, the district attorney’s office told The Associated Press.
Police stopped Morgan at about 4:30 a.m., and he later failed a breathalyzer test, authorities said. A court hearing is set for Jan. 4, and Morgan’s publicist had no comment on the case.
