Authorities said Thursday that they have identified a headless body found last week wrapped in plastic in an alley on Chicago’s Southeast Side, but a cause of deathis still unknown. Police used fingerprint analysis to confirm the victim was Charles Davis, 21, of Chicago, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. Davis was recently paroled from prison.
