Rick Morrissey’s “Finding some light in the dark side” (Tribune, Dec. 27) is an eloquent testimony to the indomitable spirit of a gallant man. In plain, simple words, Mr. Morrissey opens his heart and mind about his battle with cancer. His self-effacing candor should inspire us all with hope and strength.
Whether a faithful reader or not, you’ve got to be in his corner rooting for his complete recovery. I am and I pray that God gives Rick some of that Armstrong luck.
