Nick can show PDA freely now that he and ex-wife Jessica Simpson have reached a written agreement on how to divide their marital assets, according to tmz.com. The two were officially divorced last June but took their time untangling their finances. Court documents recently revealed they had reached an agreement.
So how did Simpson spend her New Year’s Eve? She, too, was in New York, people.com reported, where she hung out with on-and-off “friend” John Mayer.
