Madeline A. Johnson, 91, Rockton, IL, died at 5:53 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007 in Fair Oaks Nursing Center, South Beloit, IL. Born January 3, 1915 in Hurley, WI the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Egidio and Mary (Rossi) Rossi. Married Edward H. Johnson in Chicago, IL on April 15, 1939. Survivors include husband Edward H. Johnson, Rockton, IL; son Ronald (Leslie) Johnson; grandchildren Christine (Juan) Galarza and Neil Johnson all of Naperville, IL; brother Andrew (Mary) Rossi, Rockford, IL and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Joseph and Frank, sisters Emily, Mary, Lucy and Saverna. Private family ceremonies will be held. Cremation rites to be accorded. Final resting place Acacia Park Cemetery, Norridge, IL.
