Nancy Carol Johnstone, nee Kazmierski, 61, died Monday, Dec. 25, 2006 in Youngsville, survivors include her son, James J. (Cindy) Johnstone, Jr. of St. Martinville, her daughter, Michele (Cory) Hebert of Youngsville; her brother, Bobby Kazmierski of Chicago; and four grandchildren, Morgan Johnstone, Kaitlyn, Alexandra and Tyler Hebert. She was preceded in death by her husband, James J. Johnstone, Sr.; her parents, Walter and Helen Biszewski Kazmierski; her brother, Rick Kazmierski; and her sister, Christine Henning. Mrs. Johnstone was an active member of Parks Baptist Mission Church-Women on Mission. She took great delight in cooking and baking as well as in arts and crafts. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Parks Baptist Mission Church, Parks, LA from 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007 and continue until time of funeral service, 7 p.m. The family would like to acknowledge Hospice of Acadiana with a special thank you for their invaluable service and care of Nancy during her illness.
