He enjoyed his garden, fishing, reading and swimming and his friends. Born Oct. 2, 1936 in Chicago, IL. Beloved son of the late Julius and Josephine Phillips Pelepchuk; loving brother of William A. Phillips of Chicago, Marion Phillips Church of Vero Beach, FL and the late Julius Pelepchuk, Jr.; dear father of Tammy Phillips Collins of Illinois; fond first cousin of Nancy (Fred) Roberts of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Dr. Carolyn Finlay of Vancouver, Canada, Lenore Roberts of Calgary, Canada.
