Eugenia C. “Jeanne” Tzakis, nee Coorlas, beloved wife of Nicholas A. Tzakis; loving mother of Renee, Andrew and Stephen Tzakis; devoted daughter of Stratte and the late Helen Coorlas; dear sister of Peter (Anastasia) Coorlas; daughter-in-law of Andrew and Irene Tzakis; sister-in-law of Marilyn and George (Pamela) Tzakis; fond aunt of Allison, Stephen and Peter Coorlas Jr. and Arianna Tzakis; loving cousin and friend of many. Eugenia was a co-founder and past president of the Hellenic League, as well as treasurer of the St. Andrew Women’s Philoptochos Society. Visitation Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Family and friends will meet Saturday afternoon at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, 5649 N. Sheridan Rd., Chicago, IL 60660 for visitation from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 12:30 p.m. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
