Keeling curve: An oscillating and steadily rising line graph showing the increasing concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide as measured at Mauna Loa, Hawaii; named after Dr. Charles Keeling (Scripps Institution of Oceanography), who initiated the measurements in 1958.
